All prices are charged in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). The following payment schedule is implemented:
- Orders that total $2000.00 or under, the total amount will be charged at checkout
- Orders that exceed $2000.00 will require a 30% deposit at time of checkout, a 30% progress payment (commencement of manufacturing of products), with the final 40% due prior to receiving your goods

Online Ordering Terms and Conditions
Use of the online ordering service implies full acceptance of these terms.
Our online ordering service is an order processing system used to purchase goods and/or services from Pace Modular.
We will make every effort to ensure the descriptions and prices for the goods and services shown on the online ordering service are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to adjust the actual price charged if the prices shown are incorrect, and to vary our prices and product descriptions at any time and without notice. Prices shown will always be in New Zealand dollars, NZ$.
You agree that where you acquire goods and services from us for the purpose of your business, any provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which would otherwise apply to the supply by us of those goods and services, do not apply.
Title to all products supplied to you will be retained by us until payment is made in full. All risk of loss of, or damage to, the products passes to you on delivery of the products to you.
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind.
We are happy to exchange your goods, within 4 days (excluding kitchens and furniture), with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original packaging and condition.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
How long will delivery take?
As our products are manufactured to order, depending on what item or combinations of items are being ordered, the manufacturing and delivery time will take between 5 and 20 working days from date of receipt of deposit. Delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee that your order will be delivered within these delivery targets. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. At the time of purchase; we will let you know approximately when the order will arrive. The Pace Modular team will contact you in advance if the Goods cannot be delivered in full at the time approximated.
What should I do if I’m not going to be at home?
We can only deliver the products if someone is at the priority to sign for the delivery.
What am I required to provide Pace Modular?
• Any special directions to help us locate your home easily.
• Advise us of any difficulties our delivery team are likely to encounter, i.e. steep driveways, restricted access, animals etc.
• Be available to take delivery on the agreed date or make arrangements for a representative to accept the delivery on your behalf.
• We regret that we cannot arrange existing furniture within your home so it is best to have the room ready where the goods are to be situated
Will Pace Modular install my kitchen or appliances?
Kitchen Essentials delivery team do not install goods. However, we do have a network of approved tradespersons and installers throughout the country. if you require installation Pace Modular can arrange this for an additional fee.
What happens if the goods are damaged when I open them up?
Carefully inspect the product(s) before signing the driver’s delivery note. Should any damage be found after signing for the products due to the item being concealed (i.e. not obvious due to packaging) you must notify Pace Modular within 24 hours of delivery.
How long can you hold my delivery for?
We can arrange to have your goods delivered any time, however after a date has been set, we can only hold your goods for a maximum of 7 days after the due delivery date at our distribution centre. After 7 days, storage fees may apply.
Is there a delivery fee?
Pace Modular will deliver anywhere in New Zealand, where the cost of delivery is not advertised as included in the price, then a delivery fee will apply, we will advise you of the delivery fee at the time of purchase.
If you place an order and then decide to cancel it you must place a phone call to us immediately on +64 6 755 4012 or email through our contact page.
You may either contact us for the cancellation via phone or email. Please make certain that you are sure of your purchase before placing your order as we are not responsible if we have processed your order and have not received your cancellation request.
